About David
Who is David?
David is a Merchant Mariner who currently sails as 3rd mate. He is a hawespiper and worked his way through the ranks in the Deck department. He comes from a family of Merchant Mariners and I had the pleasure of serving with him on a RoRo in the Pacific. David is one of my closest Sailor friends and his friendship is one of the many blessings this career and community has to offer. He has graciously agreed to help me verify information outside my area of expertise.
